Debt Collection

Tshepo Kgomommu has represented Zoutpansburg Hospital and South African Airways (SAA) in the recovery of outstanding payments from clients who did not pay their accounts for services rendered and traveling agents who did not pay for flight tickets. He appeared in both Magistrates and High Court for these matters. Currently, he is providing debt collection services for Bhubacor and Setswadi Security and Services in the Magistrates Court.
